  • Professional installation recommended unless DIY instructions provided.
  • Images and descriptions are for reference only; minor variations may occur.
  • Customers are responsible for local building code compliance.

Pricing

  • All prices in CAD unless stated. 
  • Taxes, shipping, duties, installation not included unless specified. 
  • Prices subject to change; accepted orders unaffected. 

Orders and Payment

  • Orders subject to acceptance and availability.
  • We may refuse or cancel orders for errors or other reasons.
  • Full payment required prior to shipping.
  • Accepted payment methods shown at checkout.

Shipping and Delivery

  • Timelines are estimated, not guaranteed. Risk transfers upon delivery.
  • Inspect shipments and note damage immediately.
  • Report claims within 24 hours.

Custom and Made-to-Order Products 

  • Final sale; cannot cancel, return, or refund once production begins.
  • Customers must provide accurate measurements/specifications.

Return & Refunds

  • Non-custom, unused, resalable items can be returned within 7 days, with pre-approval.
  • Items must be in original packaging and condition.
  • Customer responsible for return shipping unless error is ours.
  • Refunds are issued less restocking/shipping fees.

Installation and Use Disclaimer

  • Improper installation may cause injury or damage.
  • Consult professionals and local authorities building codes before ordering.
  • Glass Rail North America Inc. is not responsible for installation errors or code violations.

Warranty

  • Products are free from manufacturing defects at delivery.
  • Excludes damage from misuse, installation errors, modifications, wear, or environmental factors.
  • Proof of purchase required for claims.

Limitation of Liability

  • Not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.
  • Total liability limited to purchase amount.
